A typical house check includes:
- Bring in mail, newspapers, and packages
- Investigate for any activity that may appear irregular
- Inspect the mechanical room for leaks and proper function
- Test all thermostats
- Ensure heat is working appropriately to avoid frozen pipes
- Confirm light timers are working
- Check for snow build up
- Secure all doors and windows – shut and locked
We will send a full report after our visit and visit as often as you like!
