With three years of commercial construction under her belt, Caroline made the switch the residential construction! She loves being part of a company that focuses on the detail and passion that goes into home building and restoration. From a young age, Caroline holds vivid memories of joining her contractor father at job sites – being entranced with all stages of production. She found herself intrigued by how the small details played out into the project’s finances, which later fueled her love of accounting. Caroline’s experience in service based accounting and her educational background are staples to keeping the finances running smoothly, and ultimately, to the overall success of the Company.

Derrick joins the FHPB team as a 2022 graduate of the North Bennett Street School Carpentry Program. A dedicated professional with a desire to further his career in the fields of carpentry, construction and contracting, Derrick carries a high standard for building relationships and paying attention to detail. With a rich background and training as a first responder, a restorative justice advocate, and a mediator, Derrick is dedicated to the notion that asking questions can sometimes be the one activity of greatest worth.

In 2008 Allison purchased F.H. Perry Builder from her father and has proudly carried on the tradition of success through strength—strength of character, knowledge, integrity, building well and strength of relationships. Eager to inspire success in others, Allison holds a container in which people grow and become their best selves. She is passionately involved in a range of Boston and Metro West Charities and non-profits and has been recognized for her leadership and business acumen by national publications, Boston Future Leaders, Banker and Tradesman, the Builders and Remodelers Association of Greater Boston and others. During her tenure, F.H. Perry Builder was named one of Commonwealth Institute’s Top 100 Women-Owned Businesses for three years in a row. Allison has studied leadership at the Gestalt International Study Center earning certificates in Skills for Influential Leaders and GISC’s pinnacle Leadership in the Twenty First Century. Allison has most recently been certified as a GISC Coach.

Fueled by her passion for home and the belief that your house is the epicenter of your peace, structure, and life, Samantha is exactly where she is meant to be, serving as the Project Coordinator for the F. H. Perry Builder Home Division. Prior to beginning her full-time career at F. H. Perry Builder, Samantha, then a recent high school graduate, interned at the company serving as an Operations Assistant. She went on to receive her collegiate degrees and continued to build her portfolio consisting of residential development, interior design, and real estate to encapsulate the various degrees of home fully. Inspired and forever impacted by F.H. Perry Builder and its team, Samantha was driven to make her dream a reality and return in a full-time capacity. Samantha’s ambition is reflected in her attention to detail to ensure that each project is given the highest level of care to create a fulfilling experience for every client.
