Angela Prizio, director of finance at F. H. Perry Builder in Hopkinton, MA, just received the 2019 “40 Under 40” Award presented by Professional Remodeler magazine. The annual awards recognize outstanding achievement in the remodeling industry nationwide. Angela was one of 10 recipients in the “Executive Team” category.
She joined F.H. Perry Builder in 2015 after working in several financial positions for MetroWest companies for nine years, most recently as Accounting Manager for Intralign Advanced Analytics (formerly Neocure Group LLC) in Sherborn.
As Director of Finance at F. H. Perry Builder, Angela is responsible for overseeing all financial reporting and managing daily finance department operations. While finances are a core part of her job, she is also responsible for human resources and general operations management.
“My greatest sense of satisfaction working at F.H. Perry Builder is seeing the level of passion that my coworkers have for what they do,” Angela remarked. “We already have an amazing product produced by amazing employees and trade partners and the ability to be part of the process to make that even better in the future is really exciting for me.”
“Angela’s financial experience and her genuine concern for our clients’ complete satisfaction with our work is a rare combination,” noted F. H. Perry Builder Owner and President Allison Iantosca. “Her desire to constantly improve herself and our business operations as we continue to grow as a company is shared by her fellow employees which results in a more personal approach to the way we conduct our business,” she added.
As a Millennial herself, Angela believes her generation is looking for corporate culture, work-life balance, a sense of belonging and purpose in a company. “We have a dynamic executive team that is constantly pushing themselves to learn and grow and spread their knowledge around,” Angela said.
Angela is a graduate of Nichols College where she received both her BSBA and MBA degrees with concentrations in accounting and finance. In her spare time, Angela balances her love of travel and gardening with hiking, skiing and cycling. Each year she participates in fund-raising rides (usually about 100 miles) and this year will be riding for Multiple Sclerosis on June 29th in the “Bike MS: Cape Cod Getaway 2019.”
