Michael attended Berklee College of Music where he studied Music Business with the hopes of joining the music industry. After performing throughout the country and with many different artists and eventually earning an American Music Award, Michael also found what has become his true passion and calling: fine home construction. He took a job as a carpenter with a local builder where, over the course of 13 years, he learned the home building trade from foundation to frame to fine finish and cabinetry. Later, Michael ran their cabinet shop, designing and custom fabricating the millwork to be installed into their projects. Feeling the need to go out on his own, Michael formed a company and built projects throughout Boston and surrounding areas with a focus on historical builds. This was 7 great years of learning and teaching a trade near and dear to his heart. Michael then found the opportunity to work with one of the best groups in the area at F.H. Perry Builder. He has seen some great projects over the past 20+ years and looks forward to more challenging and interesting work in the future.
