Downsizing to the Public Garden

← Back to Projects

This lovely empty nest couple was downsizing from their classic Beacon Hill brownstone to a condominium on Arlington Street. They were ready for – and desired – less space, but were adamant about maintaining the same high level of luxury, style, and convenience.

Working with Hickox Williams Architects, we updated the entire floor plan, including his and her bathrooms, his and her offices, a new dining room, a new master bedroom, a wine room, wet bar, and updated kitchen.

The final layout provides a perfect spot for entertaining and hosting guests, while still providing the level of privacy that this couple expects. All within sight of the George Washington Statue across the street in the Public Garden!
