From a logistical standpoint, everything is explained by the name of the street on which this property is located: The Ledges. The house is literally perched on a ledge knob. This didn’t stop us from bringing in the right trades and experts to manage the technical details of drainage and structural detail. We installed a new kitchen and converted the basement to richer living space. Windows enlivened the experience by capturing the outdoors and making it a part of the kitchen backdrop.
And just to keep it lively, our client stayed in the home while the work was done, requiring us to coordinate and communicate regularly for the purpose of minimizing noise, debris and inconvenience.
